GNRH1 and blood coagulation disease: Precipitating factors are present in 10–40% of cases [3] and they include not only major surgery, radiotherapy, pregnancy, anticoagulant therapy, and coagulopathies [9,10], but also, and most importantly, the use of drugs influencing pituitary function, such as GnRH agonists, somatostatin analogues, and dopamine agonists (DAs), namely bromocriptine and cabergoline [4].
