Serum concentrations of ADAM15 and classical tumor markers (CEA and CA 19-9), as well as the marker of inflammation CRP, were higher in CRC patients in comparison to healthy controls; however, these differences were significant only for serum CEA (p < 0.001) and CRP (p < 0.001) levels (Table 2).
