As shown in Figure 5C–E, in obese patients, SPP1 was significantly upregulated in B cells, lymphatic endothelial cells, macrophages, neutrophils, NK cells and T cells of the obesity group, while ITK and CCL5 genes were only significantly upregulated in NK cells of obesity group, which was consistent with the previous analysis results. The gene discussed is CCL5; the disease is obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
