It has been observed that certain epigenetic modifications are involved in psoriasis, including numerous differentially expressed ncRNAs playing a crucial regulatory role at the gene level [41].In the present study, the macromolecular interaction networks contributing to DITRA pathogenesis were investigated, focusing on the impact of genes and ncRNAs on IL36Ra interactome towards identifying potential biomarkers, risk factors and therapeutic targets. Here, IL36RN is linked to psoriasis.
