SH2D2A and cancer: Based on our findings, we established a prognostic risk signature consisting of seven TDRGs (MEA1, MTFP1, PASK, PSENEN, PSME2, RCC2, and SH2D2A), which upregulates JAK-STAT signaling pathway, PI3K-akt signaling, chemokine signaling pathways, IL17 signaling pathways, regulation of Regulatory T cells differentiation, production of interleukin-2 production, regulation of chronic inflammatory response, and transcriptional mis-regulation in cancer.
