RCC2 and cancer: RCC2 and SHD2A2 both were highly expressed in tumor tissue: RCC2 showed positive as well as negative correlation with the abundance of most immune cells (Figure 6N); it upregulated the tryptophan metabolism, cholesterol metabolism, and signaling pathways regulating pluripotency of stem cells (Figure 6G), implying that RCC2 promotes cancer cell growth and differentiation.
