AKT1 and Alzheimer disease: Here, we demonstrated that ERRγ expression is significantly upregulated in DNCB-induced AD lesions, and that inhibition of ERRγ by its modulator DN200434 leads to anti-inflammatory response in TNF-α/IFN-γ-treated HaCaT cells and in vivo DNCB-induced AD mice model via regulation of the AKT/MAPK/NF-κB signaling pathway.
