We performed an IPA of the 114 dysregulated proteins that were found to be common between the two comparison groups (LPS vs. PBS and Fh15 vs. LPS) to identify which proteins participate in the NF-κB, iNOS, acute phase response and phagosome signaling pathways, and are closely associated with sepsis pathogenesis [25,26,27,28]. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is Sepsis.
