In a retrospective review aimed at profiling the natural history of 19 BRAF V600E mutant glioblastoma patients, 5 patients were found to have been treated with D + T. Within this cohort, a non-significant trend suggesting longer overall survival with BRAF/MEK inhibition was observed, demonstrating a median overall survival of 35.6 months compared to 17.0 months among those not receiving BRAF/MEK therapy [133]. Here, BRAF is linked to glioblastoma.
