Regarding prognosis, HIV-NHL patients treated with R-EPOCH who had lower baseline CXCL13 levels were more likely to achieve complete remission, while those with higher levels exhibited significantly shortened OS and PFS [59], supporting the role of CXCL13 as a prognostic biomarker and a potential tool for individualized therapy guidance.
