A statistically significant (either * p < 0.05, or ** p < 0.01, or *** p < 0.001) CYP4F3 mRNA overexpression was found in tumors in comparison with normal tissue in CESC, COAD, ESCA, LUSC, READ, and UCEC; however, such overexpression was higher in the normal tissue than tumor tissue in PRAD, whereas ACC, BLCA, LUAD, OV, and STAD showed no significant difference. This evidence concerns the gene CYP4F3 and neoplasm.
