CYP4F12 and breast cancer: KM analysis indicated that breast cancer patients with high CYP4B1 expression in the Luminal B subtype (n = 219) did not survive within 140 months (Figure 7B), whereas those patients with high CYP4F12 expression in the Luminal A subtype (n = 568) had a decrease in cumulative survival by 70% at about 130 months (Figure 7C); the hazard ratio (HR) values were 1.47 and 1.04, respectively.
