MICA and hepatocellular carcinoma: In this study, we conducted an analysis utilizing data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and employed various tools, including Gene Ontology (GO), the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves, to identify and select the target gene, namely Enoyl-CoA Hydratase And 3-Hydroxyacyl CoA Dehydrogenase (EHHADH), a gene associated with metabolism that exhibits co-expression with MICA in HCC.
