A total of 12 genes (ANLN, CDC6, CDCA2, CDK1, CEP55, CHEK1, CLSPN, GINS1, KIF23, MAD2L1, OIP5, and TIMELESS) were identified as pre-miR-195-controlled genes, and these genes greatly contributed to the molecular pathogenesis of lung adenocarcinoma cells. The gene discussed is CHEK1; the disease is lung adenocarcinoma.
