As the safety and efficacy of peptide vaccine using other types of TAAs has been demonstrated in both animal and clinical trials [45], and we previously reported that a peptide vaccine targeting c-MET exhibited anti-tumor effects in an HNSCC mouse model [46], we believe that ROR1-targeted immunotherapy may offer clinical benefit in patients with HNSCC.
