In a recent phase II trial [126], tislelizumab, an engineered anti-PD-1 antibody designed to minimize Fcγ receptor binding, demonstrated a high overall ORR (87.1%) and CR rate (67.1%) in 70 patients with R/R cHL who had failed or were ineligible for ASCT. Here, PDCD1 is linked to classic Hodgkin lymphoma.
