When evaluated across different subgroups—such as age, tumor laterality, tumor size, tumor grade, estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) status, Ki-67 index, lymphatic invasion, use of adjuvant endocrine therapy, and the presence of neuropathy—no statistically significant differences in RFS were identified (all p > 0.05). The gene discussed is MKI67; the disease is neuropathy.
