These are challenges that we plan to try to address with broader data sets of recently treated patients given combinations of anti-PD1 and anti-CTLA-4 therapy versus anti-PD1 therapy alone, where we can investigate if signatures of response and toxicity are similar to those found here with single agent anti-CTLA-4 therapy, as well as how our findings apply across cancer types in larger cohorts.
