MKI67 and breast cancer: Table 1 showed that high RGC-32 expression was correlated with TNM stages and Ki67 expression in ER+ breast cancer (Table 1). Furthermore, survival analysis indicated that RGC-32 low group had a significant survival advantage compared with RGC-32 high group (Fig 1D). The univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis revealed that RGC-32 prognostic score was an independent prognostic predictor for overall survival (Table 2).
