Additionally, dupilumab, an anti–IL-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα) antibody, has demonstrated clinical efficacy in treating atopic dermatitis, eosinophilic asthma, and polysensitized allergic conditions (29), and recent clinical trials involving localized delivery of similar cytokine-targeting biologics - such as Stapokibart (anti–IL-4Rα) administered intranasally - further support the feasibility of local biologic therapy for allergic airway diseases (30).
