According to the results of this study, as shown in Figure 3, genistein increased the expression of miR-27a, ATG12, Beclin1, Caspase 3, and Caspase 9, and decreased the expression of miR-151 in EJ138 BC cells compared to untreated cells (Figures 7 and 8). This evidence concerns the gene CASP9 and breast cancer.
