IGHE and immunoglobulin G4-related sclerosing disease: The ANCA-positive IgG4-RD patients often show lymph node enlargement, kidney disease, elevated eosinophil counts, and higher levels of serum IgG, IgE, ESR, IgG4 subclass antibodies, and CRP compared to patients with anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV) alone.
