(6), which reported the identification of several high-affinity SNAT2 inhibitors, including 3-(N-methyl(4-methylphenyl)sulfonamido)-N-(2-trifluoromethylbenzyl)thiophene-2-carboxamide (MMTC, also referred to as “57E”).
