The CAD patients had higher TC (4.59 ± 1.27 vs. 4.38 ± 1.04 mmol/L, p < 0.001), TG (1.86 ± 1.45 mmol/L vs. 1.63 ± 1.02 mmol/L, p < 0.001), and lower HDL‐C (1.23 ± 0.33 mmol/L vs. 1.29 ± 0.34 mmol/L, p < 0.001) and Apo‐A1 (1.13 ± 0.26 g/L vs. 1.16 ± 0.28 g/L, p = 0.003) levels than controls (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene APOA1 and coronary artery disorder.
