To identify the mechanisms of cholesterol biosynthesis in ESCC cells, we performed immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry analysis and found that TTPAL interacts with a range of RNA-binding proteins, including RBM15, RBM14, NSUN2, IGF2BP1, and NAT10 (Fig. 4A).
