The serum concentration of PFNA (2.9 (1.7, 4.1) ng/mL vs. 1.9 (1.3, 2.9) ng/mL; p = 0.0374) was found to be higher in Sjogren’s syndrome patients with low titers of ANA than in those with high titers of ANA. This evidence concerns the gene BTG3 and Sjogren syndrome.
