Interestingly, a study evaluating first-line immunotherapy in NSCLC patients with MET exon 14 skipping mutations found that TP53-mutated tumors showed evidence of a numerically enhanced ORR and prolonged PFS, along with an advantage in OS when analyzed in a multivariable context, compared to non-mutated cases [16].
