Another randomized clinical trial investigated the roles of serum lipid levels, TP-53 mutational status, and Ki-67 based on molecular subtypes in breast cancer, as well as evaluating the tissue of 61TNBC patients to assess the presence or absence of a TP-53 mutation: 49 had a p53 mutation and 12 patients showed wild-type p53. Here, TP53 is linked to breast carcinoma.
