Leucine-rich repeat transmembrane protein FLRT2 (FC = 8.891, p = 5.15E-03) promotes lipid peroxidation by increasing the expression of acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain family member 4, thereby triggering ferroptosis and inhibiting the malignant phenotype of human bladder cancer cells. Here, FLRT2 is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
