Univariate Cox analysis identified several parameters associated with increased risk of MACE, including age, HR > 100 b.p.m., diabetes, coronary artery disease, heart failure, history of PCI or CABG, renal insufficiency, anemia, GRACE score, lower levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), LDL-C, and platelet (PLT), as well as elevated levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), white blood cell (WBC), cTnT, hs-CRP, NT-proBNP, CK, CK-MB, sIL-2R, IL-6, and IL-8 (Supplementary Table S1).
