A 74-year-old woman with a past medical history of allergic rhinitis, hypertension (HTN), hypothyroidism, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), environmental allergies, type 2 diabetes mellitus (not requiring long-term insulin use), Class I obesity (BMI 33.28 kg/m2), and osteoarthritis (OA) presented to the outpatient clinic for evaluation of migratory joint and muscle pain.
