Conversely, the suppression of JUN significantly hindered the expression of ALDOA. This study further corroborated that the expressions of ALDOA and Thr93 c-Jun phosphorylation in the tumor tissues were dramatically higher than in adjacent tissues, and ALDOA level was positively associated with Thr93 c-Jun phosphorylation in DEN-induced mice and HCC patients. The gene discussed is ALDOA; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
