GRAMD1A and colorectal carcinoma: ChIP-qPCR and paired qPCR analyses of KRAS mutant, KRAS wild-type CRC, and normal colon tissues revealed both significantly higher H3K9la levels at the GRAMD1A promoter (Fig. 4G) and elevated GRAMD1A mRNA levels (Fig. 4H) in KRAS-mutant CRC tissues compared to KRAS wild-type CRC tissues, and in CRC tissues compared to normal colon tissues.
