CEACAM5 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: The research indicated that patients with high PIV levels exhibited a higher occurrence of lymph node metastasis upon diagnosis, a lower likelihood of achieving complete pathological response postsurgery, a higher incidence of liver metastasis during follow‐up, elevated levels of CEA and CA19.9 tumor markers, a poorer tumor regression score, and a greater presence of tumor deposits and budding compared to patients with low PIV levels.
