TIGIT and melanoma: Tiragolumab is currently the first anti-TIGIT monoclonal antibody approved by the FDA and several new TIGIT blocking antibodies are currently being tested in vivo and in human trials25 in the context of melanoma,26 lung cancer,27 and liver cancer.28 However, for MB, the presence, functionality, and manipulation of the CD155/TIGIT pathway remains as yet unexplored.
