Figure 7B shows correlations among immune cell types, revealing that M1 macrophages were positively correlated with CD8 T cells and negatively correlated with M2 macrophages, further supporting the presence of immune imbalance in RA. Additionally, we analyzed the correlations between GPX3 and MYC expression levels and the infiltration of different immune cell types (Figures 7C, D). The gene discussed is GPX3; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
