Adapting from established methods for snRNP in vitro reconstitution for structural biology studies,[7, 9, 17] we reconstituted a modified Sm protein‐siRNA ribonucleoprotein complex (SmiRNP‐EGF‐H5E) that can effectively deliver siRNA into HCT116 colorectal carcinoma cells to silence the KRAS gene. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and colorectal carcinoma.
