ADSL and psoriasis: We observed a comparable positive correlation in the transcriptional regulation of immune and inflammation markers including cytokines, chemokines and AMPs between both IMQ treatments and human psoriasis (rPSO vs. ST = 0.73; rPSO vs. LT = 0.71) (Fig. 5b) but a stronger correlation for skin structure and function markers including epidermal, dermal and vascular markers between LT-IMQ and PSO than between ST-IMQ and PSO (rPSO vs. ST = 0.84; rPSO vs. LT = 0.91) (Fig. 5c).
