GSEA results were also obtained for the PCLO wild-type group, as shown in Figure 4b; pathways such as ‘adherens junction’, ‘aldosterone regulated sodium reabsorption’, ‘axon guidance’, ‘endocytosis’, ‘endometrial cancer’, ‘ERBB signaling pathway’, ‘glioma’, ‘GNRH signaling pathway’, ‘long term depression’, ‘long term potentiation’, ‘type II diabetes mellitus’, and ‘vasopressin regulated water reabsorption’ were significantly enriched. This evidence concerns the gene PCLO and glioma.
