CRP and infection: Univariable analysis found that polymicrobial infection (P = 0.045, odds ratio (OR) = 3.281, 95% CI 1.018~10.903) and previous revision (P = 0.027, OR = 3.741, 95% CI 1.156~12.491) were positively associated with reinfection, whereas CRP (P = 0.049, OR = 0.993, 95% CI 0.986~1.001) was negatively associated with reinfection (Table 4).
