Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (KRAS) mutations are detected in 40%–50% of CRC patients, and neuroblastoma RAS viral oncogene homolog (NRAS) and v‐raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B (BRAF) mutations are detected in 1.2%–8.5% [3, 4, 5]. This evidence concerns the gene NRAS and colorectal carcinoma.
