Unpaired t-tests did not show any significant difference between AD participants on acetylcholinesterase inhibitors (n = 28/40) and those not, for any of LC contrast, peak alpha frequency, ADAS-Cog, oddball target pupil dilations or latency or any behavioural measures from the oddball task (all P > 0.05) (see Supplementary Results for full statistics). The gene discussed is ACHE; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
