For instance, pan-immune inflammation markers (e.g., neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio) have been linked to worse survival in NSCLC with BM.[36,37] These findings align with our observation of AGO3 upregulation, as it may modulate immune-inflammatory crosstalk within the tumor microenvironment, further exacerbating metastatic aggressiveness.
