Several factors were significantly associated with BCR-free survival in prostate cancer patients post-prostatectomy: baseline PSA level (hazard ratio [HR]: 1.69, 95% CI 1.02–2.79, p = 0.042); image-based features including SUVmax (HR: 1.56, 95% CI 1.04–1.91, p = 0.018), PMTV (HR: 1.76, 95% CI 1.09–2.84, p = 0.004), Dmax (HR: 2.24, 95% CI 1.37–3.65, p = 0.001), and Dtotal (HR: 2.11, 95% CI 1.29–3.45, p = 0.003). This evidence concerns the gene BCR and prostate carcinoma.
