Administration of AcL (3.18 ± 0.21), AsL (3.3 ± 0.96), and AcL plus AsL (3.42 ± 0.48) with RHPO significantly increased the activities of SOD when compared with RHPO group (2.19 ± 0.34); p˂0.05, p˂0.01 and p˂0.01 respectively), while no significant changes in the testicular SOD level caused by AcL, AsL, FPO and SHPO versus control. This evidence concerns the gene SOD1 and otopalatodigital syndrome type 2.
