The expression and mutation of JAK2 is associated with glucose metabolic reprogramming in myeloproliferative neoplasms [34], type 3 diabetes‐induced liver tumors [35] and mesenchymal stem cells [36], and the JAK2/Stat3 pathway facilitates the progression of HCC [37, 38].
