TGFB1 and neoplasm: Nevertheless, EGCG-loaded nanovesicles significantly decreased collagen I levels in vivo, consistent with the SHG observations, and then promoted infiltration of CD3+ T cells (Supplementary Figure S8; Figure 4g), proving that EEDNV significantly synergistically increased the number of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes by simultaneously inhibiting the transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) pathway and enhancing the ICD effect, thus providing a precondition for improving immunotherapy efficacy.
