CRP and rheumatoid arthritis: These instruments capture different facets of RA severity and include different constructs such as disease symptoms, physical function, pain, and quality of life and are often used in conjunction with laboratory measures such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C‐reactive protein (CRP), rheumatoid factors (RF), and anti‐cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti‐CCP) antibodies that are used as markers of inflammation and risks of RA.
