ERBB2 and neoplasm: BC in these regions is complex and heterogeneous, exhibiting poorer prognostic features more frequently than in HIC’s, including younger age at diagnosis, larger tumour sizes, higher tumour grades, more positive lymph nodes status, higher prevalence of triple-negative (TNBC) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) positive molecular subtypes, and later clinical stages at diagnosis [12–14].
