In this study, we showed that EVs from ovarian cancer cells upregulated genes related to the inflammatory response, including immune cell–attracting cytokines (CCL2, CCL3/L1, CCL15, CCL18, and CCL20), interleukins (IL1B and IL32), and cell–cell adhesion transcripts (VCAM1 and ICAM1). This evidence concerns the gene IL32 and ovarian cancer.
