Based on the above experimental results, we found that CAG can inhibit the activity of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway in LLC brain tumors, and then inhibit the expression of neutrophil chemotactic-related cytokines such as CXCL3 and CCL5, and finally inhibit the infiltration of neutrophils to enhance the anti-tumor effect of radiotherapy and reduce the radiation damage of brain tumors (Figure 1). This evidence concerns the gene CCL5 and neoplasm.
