Blood tests indicated D-dimer >20 mg/L, erythrocyte sedimentation rate 78 mm/h, antinuclear antibody 333.10 AU/mL, weakly positive anti-SSA/Ro52 and anti-SSA/Ro60 antibodies, complement C3 1.81 g/L, and C4 0.83 g/L, anti-double-stranded DNA antibodies were negative, the lupus screening ratio was normal, anticardiolipin antibodies were normal, and no other blood tests were significantly abnormal. Here, RO60 is linked to systemic lupus erythematosus.
